snow and snow tubing
Sorry it's been so long since we lasted posted. 1.5-2 weeks ago, we had four feet of snow dumped on us by two blizzards. Everything here has been in chaos ever since, although it's been getting better. The schools here were closed for 6 days, and since my work follows the city schools schedule, I had a week off myself. Tim got stranded at work last Wednesday. Because it was snowing, he took the light rail to work. After he arrived at work, they cancelled service for the rest of the day, and I couldn't pick him up because it was a white out and only emergency vehicles were allowed on the road. So, Tim had to sleep in his cubicle that night.
Today, we went to Liberty mountain in Pennsylvania to do some snow tubing with some friends. It was fun. Here are some pictures:
Greg dropped his sweatshirt in the mud as soon he got out of the car. Fail.
An important detail that should be mentioned is that we stopped at Chik-fil-a on the way home to get milkshakes. If you live in the south and have access to a Chik-fil-a, you should get one. They're the best we've ever had, especially peach.
